Frequently Asked Questions
“WHat does a session look like?”
A session can look many different ways, but it will always involve an Intro/ Check-in, Warm-Up, Exploration, and Outro. The work done or explored will be specific to you and your intentions. There will be notes from myself and notes that you will take so that the information can be retained for future sessions and for your own benefit outside of sessions.
“Is This For Me?”
Why not?
While I was in my conservatory actor training program, I began to realize how luxurious the process was. Having focused time to truly connect with my raw nature, and then build the confidence to authentically share myself with anyone that I came in contact with? That is something special. Not many people are able to experience a process like that. Somewhere along the way I became passionate about making a version of that experience available to all who wanted it, because I feel that WE ALL DESERVE THIS LEVEL OF FREEDOM.
Whether you are a professional artist or not, you are constantly creating something in this world…
Wouldn’t you like to be more intentional, free, and authentic with your creative expressions?
“DO I have to be a professional artist in order for us to work together?”
Absolutely not! What I am offering is a space for people to better connect to their own needs and intentions, in a specifically artistic manner. It makes total sense for me to strictly offer my services to artists. However, I am a firm believer that anyone can benefit from my services because all of my work is rooted in play, curiosity, and trusting self. All of humankind can find value in being able to play and explore, just as we did when we were children - Before all the labels and boxes of society. Also, there is an art to living and navigating this world. Perhaps you are an artist…
Do you work with kids?
Absolutely! I have experience working with children of all ages.
