A session can look many different ways, but it will always involve an Intro/ Check-in, Warm-Up, Exploration, and Outro. The work done or explored will be specific to you and your intentions. There will be notes from myself and notes that you will take so that the information can be retained for future sessions and for your own benefit outside of sessions.
Absolutely not! What I am offering is a space for people to better connect to their own needs and intentions, in a specifically artistic manner.
